Loklint Invest AB is the principal investment vehicle of the group — deploying capital across the operating ventures, opportunistic real estate, and selected positions in public and private markets.

The mandate is concentrated, not diversified for its own sake. Capital moves to where the operator group has direct edge: real assets, fintech infrastructure, and media IP with replicable economics. Internal capital deploys before external capital is sought.

Loklint Finans.
Structure and capital.

Loklint Finans handles the capital architecture of the group — financing structure, deal execution, and cross-entity capital flows. It is the treasury and structuring arm, not a public-facing advisory firm.

The work is operational: aligning debt and equity at the portfolio level, structuring property acquisitions, supporting fundraising for the operating companies, and managing liquidity across entities. Discretion and execution, not marketing.
